Stephen S. Smalley (Ph.D., Cambridge) is an internationally recognized Johannine scholar and Dean Emeritus of Chester Cathedral, England. His previous works include Christ and Spirit in the New Testament, John: Evangelist and Interpreter, and The Revelation to John.
