R.K. Harrison (1920–1993) was a prominent British-born Old Testament scholar and professor. He is most famous for his comprehensive 1969 book Introduction to the Old Testament and his work translating and editing major biblical reference texts.
- Studied at the University of London, earning a Bachelor of Divinity, Master of Theology, and PhD.
- Taught at Clifton College in Bristol from 1947 to 1949.
- Served as a professor at Huron College (University of Western Ontario).
- Worked for more than 20 years as a professor of Old Testament studies at Wycliffe College (University of Toronto) until retiring in 1986.
